Welcome to AstroGanesh. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

AstroGanesh provides a platform for Vedic astrology services, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered astrological readings and Kundli generation
• Live consultations with verified Jyotish astrologers via chat, voice, and video
• Daily horoscopes, transit analysis, and personalized insights
• Synastry and compatibility charts
• Digital wallet for managing consultation credits

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

4.1 Credits

Our Services use a credit-based system. You may purchase credits through the in-app wallet using supported payment methods. Credits are used to pay for consultations and premium features.

4.2 Pricing

Consultation rates vary by astrologer and consultation type. Prices are displayed before you initiate a session. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing users.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for completed consultations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Astrological readings and consultations are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings.

AstroGanesh does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological information provided through the Services. Individual astrologers are independent practitioners and their views do not necessarily represent those of AstroGanesh.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or astrologers
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content during sessions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Services
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Services without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent any security features or access controls

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software — are owned by AstroGanesh or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal content you submit (birth details, messages). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Astrologers on the AstroGanesh platform are independent practitioners, not employees. We verify astrologer credentials but do not guarantee outcomes. AstroGanesh acts as an intermediary platform facilitating connections between users and astrologers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroGanesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
• Decisions made based on astrological readings

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
